8:00 - 10:00 pm The Whiskey Brothers Irish Band

The Whiskey Brothers Irish Band has performed at pubs and libraries throughout Illinois and Indiana.. The band plays Irish and American Pub Music, accompanied by Fiddle, Tin Whistle, Bodhran, Guitars, and three part vocal harmony. When the time is right, The Whiskey Brothers are known to perform Traditional American Pub music, often referred to as "Rock and Roll". The Whiskey Brothers have played the Blue Chip Casino in Michigan City, IN, Quigley's of Naperville, Duke O'Brien's of Crystal Lake, Durty Nellie's of Palatine, the Spring Inn of Elmhurst, Ernie McCann's of North Aurora, O'Neill's Pub of Lombard, and many, many others. The Whiskey Brothers are featured on the Best of the Best List by Barbara Marik of the Schaumburg Public Library. The band has played for audiences at many libraries, where, despite their sobriety, still enjoyed the music a great deal. Repertoire includes, but is not limited to: Whiskey in the Jar, Whiskey Yer' the Devil, Nancy Whiskey, Rocky Road to Dublin, Drunken Sailor, Johnny I Hardly Knew Ye, Danny Boy, Roddy McCoorley, Black Velvet Band, Finnegan's Wake, Wild Rover, and any and all requests.

Beauty, fun and excitement are all part of the show. Get your shimmy on as the dancers do a fun-filled audience interactive workshop! You'll learn how to dance like Shakira.

The Weber dances showcase the rhythmic splendor of the hard shoe, and the eloquent grace of the ghillie. Students will learn Celtic Jigs, Reels, Hornpipes, Tipping Reels, and Set dances. The Weber School focuses not only on the steps, but on the entirety of the dance experience, teaching underlining values of friendship and integrity.

Samahang Kapatid is a Filipino-American
Youth Group (a nonprofit organization) formed to preserve and promote the
Philippine cultural heritage through folk dancing, music, language and songs.
Based in the western suburbs of Chicago area, its goal is to foster awareness
and appreciation of the Philippine culture by performing and/or participating at
multicultural festival, community-sponsored events, schools, churches, and
social events.

We are Friends, Daughters, Mothers, Sisters, and
Wives. We are Artists, Assistants, Bookkeepers,
Chemists, Floral Designers, Marketing Analysts, Nurses, Psychologists, Social
Workers, Teachers, Therapists, and Zoo Keepers.
We became friends while dancing together as a student troupe. In August 2006, we struck out on our own, and formed our own troupe called Real Women Bellydance. We're a troupe of equals, with all of our members contributing their talents to the group to ensure its' continued success.
4:00 - 4:30 pm Downers Grove Steppers
We are the DGS Diamond Divas Stepper squad from Downers Grove South High School. We consist of 14 members. Our coaches are Ms. Theresa Dees and Ms. Christy Thigpen. During the 2007-20078 school year we performed for the DGS Girls basketball team during halftime. We participated in a “Step it Up” conference workshop held at Naperville Central High School in November of 2007.
We performed for the all school assembly, we also competed in the Athena Spectacular at Downers Grove North High School in February and ranked 3rd place. In February we performed at the Willowbrook High School for the Black History program, the West Suburban Steppers competition at Wheaton North High School in April. In May we performed for the Woodridge Resource Center in the “Evolution to Dance” program held at St. Scholastic Church in Woodridge.

Tropical: Salsa, Mambo, Cha Cha Cha, Merengue & Latin Jazz. William Gomez Vocalist & Band leader. Born in Rio Grande, Puerto Rico. Willie has played professionally in Chicago since 1975.
